Shipping policy

 

 

Domestic Shipping

Orders ship out for $7.99, regardless of size. When you make a purchase of $75 or more, receive free shipping. This special applies to orders delivered to addresses within the Continental US and Territories that can be serviced by USPS Ground Advantage.

We offer USPS and UPS service for Domestic Orders. Priority Mail shipping is available for AK, HI, PR, PO, APO, FPO and US Territories. Additional shipping options can be viewed at checkout.

Most orders placed by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). Inventory is reconciled at the start of the business day. If your order is not able to ship because of products not in stock or on back order at the time the order is placed, you will be notified of the estimated ship date through email or text message.

 

 

Special Orders / Pre-Orders

Special Order and Pre-Order items will only receive an anticipated ship date. When stock is confirmed from the vendor, you will be updated with an estimated ship date, followed by updated tracking information when the order leaves to you.

Some orders may require signature upon delivery. We will notify the you when the order is shipped through email or text message if this is required for delivery.

 

 

International Shipping

Orders placed outside of the US will ship through USPS or DHL. You can preview the shipping cost underneath the item description or on the checkout page. Duties and Taxes for International Orders are the responsibility of the Customer and is due upon receipt to your local Customs Office.
